The division
The Tarp Products Division coats, welds and finishes tarpaulins across the full material range — heavy-duty PVC tarpaulin from 550 to 900 g/m², lightweight PE tarpaulin, breathable canvas, knitted mesh, clear PVC, blackout and cross-laminated films. Every tarp is built to the customer’s size, colour and hardware specification.
Conversion is where a tarp’s service life is decided. We high-frequency and hot-air weld every seam, reinforce every edge, and fit eyelets, D-rings and tensioning hardware to the customer’s system. Fire-retardant (DIN 4102 B1 / EN 13501-1) and low-temperature grades down to −30 °C are standard options, not special orders.

A tarp fails at the seam, the eyelet or the fold — never in the datasheet
That is why we test welded seam strength, cold-crack at −30 °C and flex fatigue on every coating batch, and why our finishing floor treats edge reinforcement as an engineering step, not a sewing afterthought. The fabric specification is only half of a tarp’s service life; the conversion is the other half.
